Since 2017, I had been created this hashtag #SHINICNYOOTD on Instagram to record my outfits on Chinese New Year. It was exciting to see how my style keeps changing for every CNY. However, I notice the last time I share about my CNY outfits on my blog was in 2018 (oops). Thus, I guess this year I shouldn't miss it.
This Chinese New Year, I'm playing my outfits with the monochrome theme. From chor 1-3, each day has its own theme. It was fun and I want to drop down these memories and hence, I even made an IG reel for this (check out the bottom of the post).
Versace On The Floor
The name speaks it all. Featuring a classic black Versace T-shirt here. Black and gold are always the perfect matches. Therefore, I purposely chose the one with a gold shade of text. Paired it with a black A-line skirt.
For the earrings, I had chosen a pair of Chanel Mismatch Crystal-embellished Earrings. With the classic design of the Chanel logo and the crystal, these earrings are perfect! It is my favourite earrings so far.
For the watch, I had chosen the elegant Rolex Lady-Datejust Watch. It was classy and easy to match with any outfit. Thus, whenever I try to find any accessories to pair with my outfits, this watch is always on the top of the list.
Featuring Hermes Picton 18 Bag here as well. The black and gold twilly match with my outfits right? Lol
Valentino Rockstud Heels are the shoes of the day. Since everything is in black colour, I was thinking maybe a pair of nude heels will outshine the look.
Hermes On The Go
The second day is about Hermes. Wondering why? Can you guys guess why Hermes?
A white tweed jacket with black pants is everything.
Louis Vuitton necklace on my neck. You guys probably often saw it on my Instagram as I wear it frequently.
And here comes the hot item of the day - Hermes Wallet. Yes, it was a wallet and all I did was just add a strap to make it look like Kelly on the go. It was the most expensive wallet that I ever bought but it was totally worth the price.
In order to match the white tweed jacket, I'm wearing Hermes Pop H Earrings.
Again, a pair of Chanel Tweed Espadrille was another favourite item of the day. I was worried it get dirty easily because of the colour and fabric material but it was so beautiful.
Chanel On The Run
Last but not least, my favourite brand - Chanel. How come I will miss the brand right? You can always see I'm wearing Chanel for any occasion hahaha.
It was a hot day so I'm wearing a sleeveless top and white shorts.
Chanel Gold Necklace is a hidden gem! Never regret buying it all the way from Tokyo, Japan!
Chanel Classic Flap Bag is a must to carry during this CNY because it can fit many and pao hahaha.
Chanel Bucket Hat to block the sunlight so my face won't get sunburn.
Chanel Pearl Earrings was too cute! Perfect for the outfits.
In order to look casual, I had chosen a pair of Chanel Shiny Calfskin Logo Platform Sandals. My first ever dad sandals (finally) and I love it! The base was really comfy and I can wear it all day long!
