THE MOST INSTAGRAM-WORTHY PLACES IN MACAU

If you're following me on Instagram, then you already knew I just came back from Macao. It was a relaxing trip and a wedding gift from Macao Tourism. We feel very thankful for that. They are so thoughtful! There are so many of you DM me asking where you visit for the most Instagram-worthy places in Macau. Well well, since you guys requested, so I had decided to share with you guys some details and tips on how to get the beautiful shots.

This time, the blog post will be more like a postcard type instead of just text kind of article. It wouldn't be many words, but hopefully, you guys really enjoy those photos that we took in Macau. If you guys have any other suggestions, please leave a comment to let me know as well.

The Parisian Macao

The Parisian Macao (澳門巴黎人) is a luxury hotel in CotaiMacauChina owned by Las Vegas Sands, which has a half-scale Eiffel Tower as one its landmarks. The interior has a large fountain and atrium giving a feel of modern France.

You will a series of Eiffel Tower here as background since it is the signature building here. I had shown a few different photo angles here to you guys for reference use.

We also fall in love with the interior of the shopping mall. I'm feeling I'm in France already!

The interior has a large fountain and atrium giving a feel of modern France. There are 150 gaming tables allotted to the property, of which 100 were allotted at launch and the next 50 will be allotted over the next years.

Macau's Fisherman's Wharf

The Macau Fisherman's Wharf (澳門漁人碼頭) is an integrated waterfront, hotel, convention, dining, retail, and entertainment complex in MacauChina.

Roman Amphitheatre, an outdoor Colosseum equipped with 2,000 seats, designed as a venue for concerts and other performances.

With an area approximately 133,000 square meters, the European-themed architectures feature Babylon Casino, a convention and exhibition center, the Legend Palace Hotel, the Harbourview Hotel, the Rocks Hotel, a marina, and dining, shopping and entertainment facilities, creating a unique and multicultural experience to visitors from around the world.

To be honest, although I have been to Macao before, this is my first time here. Located at Macau’s outer harbour, within 5-minutes’ walk from the Macau Ferry Terminal and Heliport, this is the largest leisure and themed entertainment complex in Macau Peninsula.

The Venetian Macao

The Venetian Macao (澳門威尼斯人) is a luxury hotel and casino resort in Macau owned by the American Las Vegas Sands company. The Venetian is a 39-story, casino hotel on the Cotai Strip in Macau. The 10,500,000-square-foot Venetian Macao is modelled on its sister casino resort The Venetian Las Vegas. The Venetian Macao is the largest casino in the world, the largest single structure hotel building in Asia, and also the seventh-largest building in the world by floor area.

The hotel uses Venice, Italy, as its design inspiration and features architectural replicas of various Venetian landmarks.

We like The Great Hall and San Luca canal. It was spectacular and truly instaworthy.

Ruins of St.Pauls

The Ruins of Saint Paul's (大三巴牌坊) are the ruins of a 17th-century Catholic religious complex in Santo AntónioMacauChina. It includes what was originally St. Paul's College and the Church of St. Paul (Igreja de São Paulo) also known as "Mater Dei", a 17th-century Portuguese church dedicated to Saint Paul the Apostle

Today, the ruins are one of Macau's best-known landmarks and one of the Seven Wonders of Portuguese Origin in the World. In 2005, they were officially listed as part of the Historic Centre of Macau, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

They also said if you haven't been to this place, then you consider never been to Macau before.

Macao Light Festival is held annually in December at various locations in Macao Peninsula and on the Islands. The event program includes projection mapping, light installations, interactive games and a series of other activities.

The event aims to draw visitors to different districts of the city for an appreciation of Macao by night and to learn about the local culture and history from innovative angles shaped by light artistry.
