Hi guys, it has been 3 months since I blog about food. Did you guys miss my food post? My bff - Sylvia's birthday is on end of June. However, both of us are busy with our schedule and raya time is falling in this month. Therefore, we had celebrated one month before. I know right, it was too early. Lol. Every year, we celebrate each other birthday in a simple way. We always prefer a simple meal as a birthday celebration. A huge birthday party is not our thing. When I ask Sylvia to choose a place for her birthday meal, she had chosen Pulp by Papa Palheta @ Bangsar.
Sylvia ordered a chocolate brownie as the dessert. Since the main course need to wait so dessert has been served first.
The chocolate brownie is a little bit dry on the outside, but the taste not bad.
We like the fact that the sweetness of the chocolate was not too much and the chocolate chips melts when we are eating it.
For Sylvia, she had ordered Salmon Taco and coffee. Pulp cafe actually popular with their coffee. Since I'm not a fan of coffee so I didn't order it. But, if you're a fan, maybe you should give it a try.
The Salmon taco's portion is just fine. Not too big nor small. The taco served with cooked salmon, beetroot, cucumber, cabbage, mayonnaise and parsley.
For me, I had tried their signature papa breakfast and iced lemonade. The breakfast dish was served with bread, hashbrown, sausage, mushroom, grilled cherry tomato, egg (you can choose scramble / fried / poach egg) and fruits.
I'm gonna say, usually I'm not a fan of tomato, but these tomato is so juicy and sweet! When I took a first bite, the juice pop out in my mouth.
Surprisingly they served the breakfast dish with the fruits too. They include banana and honey drew slices on the dish.
Since Pulp cafe is locate at APW Bangsar, it is a great place for photo shooting.
After finished our meals, we go take a walk and take some photos.
Happy Birthday my dear! Time flies, can't believe we had know each other for 11 years!
Our friendship is still counting. Hope all your wish comes true. (Although I know your birthday is on end of June)
