HONG KONG TRAVELOGUE 香港之旅

Finally I blog about my Hong Kong Travelogue 香港之旅. I will try my best to clear all of my pending travel posts such as Japan and Thailand travelogue. If you're following my Instagram or Facebook, then you should know this was my third visit to Hong Kong. Therefore, we (me and my family) are not going to visit those mainstream attractions. Instead, we had visited some of them and some of the local restaurant which nearby our hotel. This post is all about the things to do and what to eat during my 5D4N Hong Kong Trip.

THINGS TO DO
Who say things to do must be an adventure? Why can't we free and easy? Since we are travelling in a group and family form, therefore, our things to do are quite flexible and free and easy.

  • STREET PHOTOGRAPHY

This is the place that I took photos of my new hair makeover as well. If you click the image above to enlarge, you can see how beautiful violet hair that I've got.

Eventually we passed all the stickers to my old sister to redeem some toys for my niece.

WHAT TO EAT
Now, food to eat in Hong Kong. My father is not a fan of those popular restaurants because he don't want to queue for long time just for a meal. Therefore, here are some list of the cuisines that we had visited. Although some of them are famous as well.

CHEE KEI 池记 | LANGHAM PLACE

  • CHEE KEI 池记 | LANGHAM PLACE

Since our visit to Hong Kong is close to Winter Solstice festival, therefore, we had a winter solstice set dinner 冬至晚餐 for four at the other night. The set dinner include assortments of barbecued specialties (2 choices), braised bird's nest with bamboo pith and crabmeat, sauteed scallops, sliced geoduck clams with vegetables, braised whole fish maw, abalone sauce, steamed sabah garoupa, and last but not least, sesame dumpling with ginger soup. The sesame dumpling is so so delicious and warm! (because the weather is quite windy on that night). The dinner cost us about 4 figures so don't expect the meal is affordable.
