Finally, I blog about Universal Studios Japan as requested by most of the readers/followers. This was my second visit and I'm still very excited during the visit. This time, I will try to experience other games and activities that I had missed last time especially The Wizarding World of Harry Potter! Don't forget to read until the end as I have some discount code for you guys.
Since we enter the theme park so early during our visit to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea, end up both of us felt exhausted after the whole day. Thus, this time we went there at 11am+ so we no need to spend the whole day here and tiring.
By the way, one of the reason is that I'm having a period on that day. I hate having a period during traveling because it will cause menstrual cramp, sweat a lot and feeling uncomfortable all the time. Therefore, we only stayed until the evening instead of the night because I feel really uncomfortable on that day.
ATTRACTIONS
We tried our best to visit a few attractions since I'm not feeling well and the boyfriend was being considerate. Following are the attractions that we had visited/played:- The Wizarding World of Harry Potter
Embracing a variety of areas with unique characteristics, wonderment, and surprise, Universal Studios Japan™ covers a whole spectrum of world-class entertainment through thrilling rides and shows themed on blockbuster Hollywood movies, as well as seasonal events for all ages to enjoy. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ will reproduce the world from the Harry Potter™ stories, bringing it to life on a phenomenal scale at Universal Studios Japan™.
As I mentioned earlier on Instagram, I was really excited to visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Luckily it doesn't disappoint me.
Although visiting a theme park during summer was a terrible idea. Lol
Ford Anglia
As you follow the narrow trail that leads to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™, you might come upon the Ford Anglia, the Weasley family’s flying car.
After following this path through the trees, pass through the entrance arch to enter the village of Hogsmeade™, as the wizarding world appears before your eyes.
We also went to Ollivanders. Step inside the small dusty shop where you can see a wand choose a wizard. Choose from an array of Ollivander wands, or purchase replicas of the Harry Potter film characters wands, collectible wand sets and more.
If you purchase the magical wand, you can get the wand magic and wand studies for free!
- Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon : The Miracle 4-D
Trust in the Sailor Guardians and together take on the monster terrorizing the park! You can feel your courage awaken as Sailor Moon fights in the face of danger to save the park! It's the ultimate 4-D attraction, putting you in the middle of their faithfully reenacted "legendary transformation scene" for a thrilling experience!
How can you missed the limited edition Sailor Moon Popcorn Bag! The popcorn stall is just located outside of the theatre! If you're a fan of Sailor Moon then you better grab it before they stop producing.
- Hogwarts Express Photo
The Hogwarts™ Express steam engine carries students of Hogwarts™ School of Witchcraft and Wizardry to Hogsmeade™ Station.
Get a commemorative photo taken within a replica of one of the train’s carriages.
- The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man - The Ride 4K3D
Our favourite game in USJ! Actually, I played it before during my last trip, so I strongly recommended this to my bf and he loves it! So overwhelming it bends reality. An unbelievable, immersive experience. Encounter a new dimension of excitement in the world's greatest ride!
The world's best attraction and the first to win the world's best ride award 7 consecutive years has been transformed into a whole new ride by gaining the world's best technology "4K3D"!
The unbelievable impact that confuses the imaginary with the reality, and series of special effects over 100, will give you an incredible, immersive experience. You'll encounter an all-new kind of excitement!
- JAWS
A boat tour at a peaceful port town with a relaxed air. It starts out in a friendly mood, but suddenly a gigantic, man-eating shark appears, throwing everyone into the depth of fear. Rifles and wall of fire are no match to this unimaginably huge body. With its humongous mouth and sharp teeth, it can even bite a hole in the bottom of a ship.
Want to play this on my last trip but the queue was too long at that moment. Luckily the queue was okay for this time.
It actually mentioned on the spot, people who had a heart attack and motion sickness can't take this ride, but actually, it is not scary so no worries. (Unless you're really afraid of shark)
- Nitro Dance Crew
- Sesame Street Rhythm Alive
- Jurassic Park
FOOD
- Three Boomsticks
This long-established tavern in Hogsmeade™ is favoured by teachers and students of Hogwarts™ School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The tavern serves its speciality, Butterbeer™, as well as traditional British dishes such as fish and chips and shepherd’s pie.
Butterbeer, a popular drink in the Wizarding World, is a sweet, non-alcoholic drink that can be enjoyed by children and adults alike. Exclusive to this season, they also have frozen Butterbeer!
- Delicious Me! The Cookies Kitchen
- One Piece Theme Park - Coke
Are you a fan of One Piece like my bf? Don't forget to grab one of the One Piece x Coca-Cola at the One Piece theme park!
Apparently, they only have Luffy and Nami for the characters on the Coca-Cola so bf bought the Luffy of course.
Ta-da! Told you I won the cute cookies monster toy at the ONE AND ONLY game booth that I played. I was so lucky! Mama gonna bring you back to Malaysia yo! Spot my cap you already how much I love him.
