Entier French Dining, Alila Bangsar

Another #food review again! During MCO makes me missed the experience of dining in the restaurant a lot! Who knows dining in the restaurant is a luxury now right? Well, we never appreciate something until we've lost it. Today, I'm gonna talk about my bestie birthday celebration at Entier French Dining, Alila Bangsar. Again, this happened before the lockdown of course.

Entier French Dining is located on Level 41 at Alila Bangsar. They serve fine dining at an affordable price. Since my buddy Samuel's birthday is coming soon, so we had decided to have a 3-course meal here as a birthday lunch. I found this restaurant on the Internet and read so many good reviews about it, so we are so looking forward to it while we were there. Continue reading to find out more about our dining experience.

Lunch at Entier French Dining

Complimentary Appetiser

Bread and Truffle Butter

Once we sit, the waiter served us some bread and truffle butter as a complimentary appetiser. It is free to refill and their bread is so delicious! It was crispy on the outside and soft inside. No to mention I like the truffle butter as well.

We want to refill the bread at first but before we know it, they already started to serve the starter and then the main course. Lol. Their serving skill is so fast.

This is a complimentary salad. Not our favourite as we don't like one of the vegetables which looks like a worm hahaha. It looks like a Chinese medicine that we called "冬虫草". Looks quite geli so we didn't finish the dish.

Starter

Prawn & Mango

Buddy has chosen this dish as a starter. It serves with prawn, fruity mango chutney, vadouvan oil and Highlands herb garden. It looks so aesthetic and it tastes yummy.

Tomato & Crab

For me, I had chosen tomato and crab as my starter. It serves with organic Highlands, heirloom tomato, bavarois, crab meat, compressed cucumber and salmon roe. It's so instaworthy too right? I like the compressed cucumber, it looks so cute in a cube.

Drinks

House-Made Soda

You can choose the complimentary drinks or other drinks (need to top up). Samuel had chosen the daily house-made soda (refillable).

Tea

You can also have a choice of 1 coffee or organic tea (green tea/earl grey tea). I had chosen the earl grey tea. It is refillable as well.

Main

Lamb Belly

For the main course, Samuel has ordered the lamb belly. It serves with braised lamb belly, ratatouille, zucchini strips, mustard pickles, lamb jus and parsley puree. Buddy said the lamb belly tastes not bad and the texture is soft.

Salmon

Meanwhile, I had ordered a salmon as my main course. Serves with cured Scottish salmon, spring beans, sauteed spinach and top with lemon butter sauce. Love eating this as the texture is perfect to me. I hate dried salmon and this texture is just right.

Dessert

Vacherin

For dessert, we had chosen vacherin. It was a classic vacherin glace, mixed berries sorbet, vanilla ice cream and on top with vodka.

We love the mixed berries sorbet as it's so refreshing! It serves with a small piece of the gold leaf too. Lol.

Since it's my bestie's birthday, so of course I had ordered a mini cake for the celebration. It's like a rose glaze case with berries filling. The taste is not bad too.

Alila Bangsar

After finished our meals, we decided to take some photos as we love the interior of Alila Bangsar hotel.

Start with the popular corridor which is just outside of Entier French Dining. It's a must shot if you pay a visit here.

It's actually my second time here. Last time I was here with my husband for a commercial photoshoot. The swimming pool area is very pretty but too bad the management decided to close it. It's exclusive for the hotel guest only now.
