THE HOBBITON | HAMILTON, NEW ZEALAND

Today post is all about The Hobbiton @ Hamilton, New Zealand. Among all the famous attractions in New Zealand, The Hobbiton is one of the most popular attraction and a must-visit place. There is a saying, if you haven't been here before, then you haven't been to New Zealand.

Early in the morning, we drive all the way from Auckland to Hamilton. We then stop by at Autobahn Cafe at the roadside to take our brunch.

Since the food portion in New Zealand is so big as usual, so I order an all day breakfast and share with my younger sister.

Trust me, both of us can't even finish this. 4 toasts and double egg? Man, that's a lot!

We also stopped by at McDonald's during halfway to take a rest before we arrived the destination.

Finally we had arrived at The Hobbiton! When we step in, we were so excited because we can't wait to start the tour. We bought the entrance tickets via online earlier, so when we reached, we just show it to the counter.

You can see from the photo above, they received so many recommendations  or even certificate of tourism place. Yes, that's how famous they are.

THE HOBBITON
Experience the real Middle-earth with a visit to the Hobbiton Movie Set, featured in The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit films.
Your guided tour starts with a drive through our picturesque 1,250 acre sheep farm with spectacular views across to the Kaimai Ranges.

Take a look at Bag End, where Frodo and Bilbo’s adventures began. Get lost among the hobbit holes and visit the Green Dragon Inn, the mill and the Party Tree. Listen to spell-binding tales of how Hobbiton came to be.

OMG! All the hobbit's houses and scenery are all exactly the same in the movie scene! I feel so excited and keep non-stop taking beautiful photos of them. The tour guide explaining to us what are this and that movie scene, when it is happening so we have some idea which movie scene is this. Thanks for the reminder because I watched all the episode but I only remember certain scenes of it.

All the scenery are so pretty! Too bad that day we went have some little rain so the colour of the photo not beautiful as in normal daylight. If that day is in good weather, I'm pretty sure the brightness can totally affect the vibrant of the photo. However, it doesn't effect our mood as we were still very excited during the visit.

Actually all the house look similar, the different would be the colour of the door. They have yellow, red, green, blue etc.

For people who is tall, it takes effort to enter the house. However, for people who is petite, entering the house is easy peasy.

I'm quite surprised they make the pros looks quite real. They have plastic pastry, fish, cheese, fruits and vegetables etc. Everything look so real until my niece want take a bite on them. Lol

All the trees here look beautiful in their own way and this tree is one of my favourite!

From far far away, me and my father keep saying this tree is so beautiful. Both of us non-stop taking photo of it.

Look at these beautiful leaves! No wonder there are so many beautiful movie scene in Lord of the Ring. They look pretty even in reality.

I'm so glad to witness these with my own eyes. You can't find these in Malaysia for sure.

This is the carriage that Peregin and Meriadoc ride in Lord of the Ring : Fellowship of the Ring. I can't believe I'm sitting on the same carriage that they ride before.

We also went to the bar in the movie scene.

They served us ginger beer and some soft drinks.

We had ordered some pastry and this was the first time we tried the English Pork Pie! It is cold and got pork meat inside. Something new for us.

While we on the way back to the tour bus, we saw bunch of sheep here. Then I started to shout "meh...meh...", guess what, one of the little sheep looking at me and come to me. Awww...they are so adorable.

We bought a lot of souvenirs from here and I bought T-shirt and sculpture of Gollum for my boyfie! He keep saying he want Smeagol so I bought one for him. Lol

Can you see how beautiful is The Hobbiton from the photo above? You won't believe it until you are here. Thanks for the wonderful tours.
