Hola  I guess most of you heard about SEPHORA before. It's one of my favourite store to shop all of my cosmetics. But you know, people who live at KL like me always facing heavy traffic jam and need more time to find the parking. Now no more hassle, because Sephora is going online!



Yup, Luxola.com has rebranded to Sephora.my now. This is a great news for all the beauty junkies including me! I always love to online shopping more than physically because it is time consuming. Just simple clicks and pay, then all I should do is just sit back, relax and wait for them to deliver it to my doorstep. I'm glad I received some of the lovely items to play around this time. Check out what do I received as follows and the touch of my daily makeup.

First up would the TARTE The Sculptor Amazonian Clay Contouring Face Slenderizer - Park Ave Princess. The Slenderizer creates the illusion of high, chiseled cheekbones in seconds. This artistry-inspired stick glides across skin, applying lightweight, non-sticky color that blends flawlessly into all skintones. It is ideal for slimming the neck, jawline, and nose, and is exclusive to Sephora.

Directions : 
- To give the illusion of a slimmer face and higher cheekbones, start right under the cheekbone and apply the sculptor contouring face slenderizer in an upward line towards the bottom of your ear.
- For a natural finish, buff and blend upwards with your fingers or a contouring brush.
- For added contouring, apply down the sides of your nose to highlight the center.
- If you wish to make your nose appear slimmer, apply the sculptor straight down the center, then buff and blend outward.
- For best results, use with the slenderizer bamboo contour brush.

Verdict | I found it very easy to apply. All you need to do just apply it on your nose, cheekbone and jawline area, then just blend it gently. It can achieve the smaller or slimmer face that you desire with ease.

Pair that with a silky lip gloss (Ultra Plush Dandelion) for a soft effect. Create a natural afterglow with the liquid highlighter (High Beam). Lastly, transform your dull complexion with a brightening finishing powder (Dandelion). This kit includes Posietint, Dandelion, High Beam, Ultra Plush Dandelion and Mini powder brush.

Directions :

Posietint: 

- Brush three strokes on the apple of each cheek and blend quickly with fingertips. 
- Dab the stain on starting the centre of your lips and use your fingertips to blend from one corner to the other.
Dandelion: 
- Use the brush to lightly pick up the face powder, tapping away any excess. 
- In circular motions, buff the powder onto all areas of the face.
- Brush towards the outer edge of the face to blend. 
High Beam: 
- Apply the highlighter on your cheek and chin and blend. 
- Repeat the process under the eyes, above the brows and on the brow bone to brighten your look. 
Ultra Plush Dandelion: 
- Simply glide the gloss starting from the centre of your upper lip from one corner to the other. 
- Repeat the process on the lower lip.

Verdict | I fall in love with this! First thing up would be the packaging. It's so shiny and attractive. Next would be the pink shimmery highlighter formula. It looks so natural and yet, makes my face brightener then before.

SEPHORA COLLECTION 12 hours Contour Eye Pencil | Sephora

SEPHORA COLLECTION 12hour Contour Eye Pencil glides on without tugging at the eyelids. Delivering bold and vivid colours, the liner and glitter stays put all day long. Use this to create a non-messy eye makeup as its tendency to smudge decreases overtime. There are so many shades to be choose and my shade is 15 Flirting Game. 

Directions :

- With a steady hand, draw the eyeliner along your upper lash line, as close to your lashes as possible, beginning at the inner corner of your eye.
- Draw a thin line in the same direction on your lower lash line, starting from the middle of the lash line this time.
- Do not stretch your skin too much, as it can make the look messy and uneven.

Verdict | I'm usually choose dark brown shade for eye pencil rather than black shade because it makes my eyes more natural looking and won't look fierce. What I like about this colour pencil is it provides matte and shimmer finishes. You can either treat it as eyeliner pencil like I do. Or, you can blend it as eye shadow. 

WET N WILD Megaslicks Lip Gloss | Sephora

With an array of colors, WET N WILD - Megaslicks Lip Gloss which is a super shiny glosses add lustre and a pop of juicy color to lips, whilst vitamin A & E moisturize and condition. There are total of 7 shades and my shade is Cherish.

Verdict | I love its smooth gloss with a pleasant scent. I feel it so moisturizing and long-lasting even I went out for many hours. 

[ MY DAILY MAKEUP ]

I don't usually apply heavy makeup except for attending events. For me, I always think SIMPLE IS MORE. And it is so easy to follow a few simple steps to achieve my daily makeup look :

1) Use Tarte Sculptor to contour necessary area. 
2) Blend it gently with a brush.
3) Apply 3 drops of Posietint on your cheek and lips 
4) Apply Dandelion powder on the cheek.
5) Apply 3 drops of High Beam on your cheekbones.
6) Apply Sephora Collection eyeliner on your eyelids.
7) Apply Wet n Wild lip gloss on your lips.
8) DONE!
