Bee bee Bumblebee~ Why I talk about bee, what's the first thing pop out on your mind? Yes, it's HONEY! I remember when I was a kid, my dad use to let us drink honey whenever we are sick or stomachache. Today, I'm gonna introduce you the honey from HONEY HUB! I'm glad that I'm invited to the Honey Hub launch to witness all the natural honey.

So, what's up with Honey Hub? Easy Health Enterprise engaged in the supplies of honey for domestic and export sales. They sell Malaysia wild honey under the Honey Hub brand, with the range of Royal Elixir Honey, Dark Honey, Golden Elixir Honey and Rock Honey.

Their mission is to deliver the authentic and pure wild honey to ensure our customers get the most wholesome honey that nature intended. In the untouched rainforest of Malaysia, naturally occurring wild beehives which have never been exposed to pesticide and pollutant can be found.

Honey Hub 's honey is nutrient rich honey that filtered and bottled right from the beehives without genetically modified or processed in anyway. This is to remain enzyme, pollen, antioxidant and antimicrobial properties in raw honey to the highest level possible. I always knew honey is good for our health, now I even know more knowledge about it.

If you're worry about the safety issue, Honey Hub collaborates closely with lab that accredited with System Akreditasi Makmal Malaysia which is an international recognised standard to ensure and distinguished quality of the honey. Hence, no worries.

( Tualang Honey )

For your info, all the honey are using Tualang Honey. So what is Tualang Honey? It was collected from the deep forests of Peninsular Malaysia. It was sourced from Gua Musang, Mentakab, Triang, Kuala Tembiling and Jerantut from the Orang Asli. Tualang honey was produced by the rock bee (Apis dorsata), which build hives high up in the branches of Tualang tree (Kompassia excelsa).

This tree can reach up to 250 feet in height, the honeycombs up to 6 feet across, and the hive can contain as many as 30,000 bees. More than 100 nests may be found on one Tualang tree. Such a tree can yield some 450kg (about 1,000 pounds) of honey. Harvesting is done every 3-4 months.

In order to let you understand more about it, you can refer to type & characteristic of Tualang Honey  as follows :

Royal Elixir Honey

• Creamy white honey or pale yellowish honey (also known as milk of bees)
• Food or bees' larvae and queen bee

Dark Elixir Honey

• Dark in colour
• Has more illness-fighting agents
• Less water and more antioxidants
• Bold in flavour and most rich in iron

Golden Elixir Honey

• Golden in colour
• Slightly acidic pH (reinforces more healthful wellbeing)
• Contain trace mineral (for support of immune system)
• Contain nutraceuticals (neutralising the free radical activity in the body)

Rock Elixir Healthy Properties (premium & most expensive) :

• High in nutrient benefits
• Overcome bacteria growth
• Strong growth inhibitory characteristic, MIC (Minimum Inhibitory Concentration) / MBC (Minimum Bactericidal Concentration) factor, which is defined as the lowest concentration of honey that prevents at least 99% of bacterial growth

Please noted that Royal Elixir is the most suitable for ladies while the other three honey are suitable for everyone. Royal Elixir can make our skin turn glowing and smooth. In addition, it also help to reduce menstrual pain.

Rock Honey 
Rock Honey also known as Madu Batu is harvested right from hives on the caves wall of Pahang state. The Rock Honey collected was produced by Trigona Bees (stingless bees) that usually nest in hollow trunk, underground cavities or rock crevices in caves.

Rock Honey is difficult to harvest as their harvesters have to hang from ropes in order to harvest the hives off these dangerous cave walls.

Characteristic of Trigona Honey :

• Rich in texture
• Non-runny (hence named as "Rock Honey aka Madu Batu)
• High density of honey and the low level of moisture

Besides of the honey in liquid form, they also have honey soap as well. We also know honey is great for our skin so I'm excited to try it on my skin.

During the launch, they also have this beautiful and cute honey hub bee cake! Everyone want to take photo of it. Too cute!

I tried to consume the Royal Elixir honey mix with lemon and turns out taste great! I also mix them with my hydrating mask so after applied it on my face and rinse off, my face become very smooth and glowing! Can't wait to get healthier with Honey Hub!
