NIPPORI @ EMPIRE DAMANSARA
It's time to blog about food! I'm worry you guys might feel bored reading my travelogue so today I'm gonna blog about one of cuisine that I had visited lately, which is Nippori @ Empire Damansara. Actually is not lately, I pay a visit few days after they open, just that I got too many food post to clear on my list, so I drag until now only blog about it. Oops!

Nippori
( Nippori )
For your info, Nippori is a Japanese home cooking cafe. The concept is to allow customer to experience the feeling of eating home-cooking in a Japanese house. Frankly, who doesn't like Japanese foods right? Well, at least I do. Me and my BFF Slyvia planning to meet other and I suggest to meet her to have lunch as well.

We didn't make any reservation before drop by and once we arrived, the staff told us to leave down our contact number and wait 20 minutes for our turn. Fortunately, one of the table has been canceled so we just wait about 10 minutes for our turn.

Love the theme of this cuisine. It is quite similar with some of the cuisine that I had visited during my Japan trip. It's so cozy with the simple wood interior design. Not to mention the natural lighting is great for photo-shooting the meals.

Menu
( Menu )
I love their concept of the menu. It is just like the flat lay style that we normally saw on Instagram. It is colourful and the foods look delicious. We actually have the hard time to choose our meals because all of them look yummy!

I love the fish and tartar sauce. Beside that, they also served many different variety of small dishes such as miso soup, pasta, baked potato, fruits and mixed vegetables. The price is totally worth for this!

Juicy Chicken Katsu with Miso Sauce
( Juicy Chicken Katsu with Miso Sauce )
For Sylvia's dish, she ordered a Juicy Chicken Katsu with Miso Sauce (RM35). Served with thick-cut chicken breast and marinated overnight for extra juicy sensation. Deep fried to crispy and topped with Japanese Panko. Served with home-made sweet miso sauce as well.

Grape Shave Ice Kakigori
( Grape Shave Ice Kakigori )
How can we end a girl's date without dessert right? We ordered a Grape flavour of Shave Ice Kakigori. When it was served, both of us quite curious about the colour because we thought Grape suppose in violet colour but this red colour seem like Strawberry. No worries, it taste like Grape. Lol

When I'm preparing to take photo, I accidentally push too hard the shave ice. Luckily they have the design which the ice won't falling on the table. Such a smart design for careless person like me.

Me and Sylvia selfie photo before we leaving the place. It's always nice to catch up with her although both of us are always busy. Can't wait to meet her again!

Last but not least, the signature spot to take photo at Empire Damansara. For your info, the owner of Nippori also the same owner of Haraju Cube. If you wish to explore more, you may want to check out my review on Haraju Cube.
